Sometimes in life, it all gets a tad overwhelming. When I feel this way, I head up my street to the beach. As I pass others walking along the sand, I wonder, what's on your mind?

Very nice calming shadow shot. I do exactly the same thing when feeling overwhelmed or stressed. A long walk along the beach helps so much. I hope you have a good week ahead. A less overwhelming one :)
