I was pleasantly surprised this week with a number of items including two of these gorgeous stools. I have added them to the increasing number of pieces of furniture that I intend to recover.
I have a Christmas project in mind and have started scouting the Op shops for my supplies. My Christmas project will include this wonderful collection of vintage lace and ribbons I found. I also spied a lovely glass jar to put the lace in. The scales are from a previous Op shop find. My collection of Knicky Knacks is growing!
My favourite though is this cute little vintage dish and lemon tinged doily.
Head over to Sophie's at Her Library Adventures for more Op Shop goodies.

Look at all that lace, so pretty! Your stools are beautiful, from the picture they look lovely just as they are, no urgency required on recovering there...
I love lace too! What are you planning on covering the stools in - something contemporary or vintage? What fun!
Oh how lovely. Lots of pretty finds! I hope we get to hear/see more of your Christmas project, sounds interesting... xo

Lots of lovely things to sigh over! I can't wait to see what creation your going to use those beautiful ribbons on for Chrissie. Hope you have a super week :)
vintage lace and ribbons!! ooh my that gets me all excited. look forward to seeing what you are going to do with it..
i know what you mean about the collection of doilies, mine is growing too and has not yet been put to any use. i have this vague idea of dying them bright colours and coupling with contrasting fabric to make clutch bags but umm, that is yet to happen.
thanks for visiting :)
